1 cup Plain Unsweetened Greek Yogurt (I use the 2% fat variety)
1/2 cup blueberries
2 teaspoons of lemon curd
(optional) 1/4 cup of Hemp Plus Granola
Adding lemon curd is a new thing I’ve done in place of honey or agave nectar. Once the fall season really hits, I might change it up a bit and use apple butter or pumpkin butter. It’s such a small amount, but it adds a little light lemon taste and just enough sweetener to make a difference.
